"There are so many talented Phoenix producers out there that nobody is aware of...

I figure the best way to get them out in the public is with a little hardcore competitions. A head to head battle on a real stage, in front of a real crowd, with Judges, and real money on the line."

HOW IT WORKS

01

SUBMIT YOUR DEMO

Fill out the submission form and send in your demo track. Submissions close July 1st. Tracks must be 1–3 minutes.

02

GET SELECTED

Submissions are reviewed live on the Dalle's Inferno Twitch stream. You'll find out if you're in the same time as everyone else.

03

COMPETE TO WIN

Show up July 9th at Central Records. Three rounds, single elimination. Drop your originals, let the crowd decide, and take home $150.

Rules

✔️ Originals only. No DJ sets, no remixes, no covers. Your music, your productions — that's it.

✔️ Track length: 1–3 minutes. Applies to your submission and to what you play the night of the event.

✔️ Show up if selected. If you're selected and don't appear, you're barred from future competitions.

✔️ No genre restrictions — but we're a dancy bass music crowd. House, bass, garage, and breaks do well here.

✔️ Submissions close January 1st. Submit early, spots are limited and selection happens live on stream.

FAQ

Do I have to make a specific genre?

No genre requirements — but we're a house, bass, garage, and breaks crowd. Music that moves a room does well here. If it's danceable and it's yours, submit it.

----

How will the songs be judged?

While the decisions judge's make is largely subjective, they will factor in 3 considerations to their vote: "playability", production quality, and commercial appeal. Playability may refer to how well this song could fit into part of a DJ set, or how "replayable" a casual listener might find it. Production quality may refer to the composition, mixing and mastering, sound design, or other sonic aspect to the song. Commercial appeal could be in reference to how a label owner/industry professional might want to sign the song, or how "catchy" the song is.

----

How many spots are there?

The bracket size is still being finalized. Submit early — selection is competitive and spots are limited.

----

How will I know if I made it?

Submissions are reviewed live on the Dalle's Inferno Twitch stream. You'll find out the same time the audience does — so watch the stream.

----

Can I submit more than one track?

Submit your strongest track. You'll decide what you play in each round on the night of the event — so have more than one ready.

----

What happens if I'm selected but can't make it?

Don't submit if you're not sure you can be there July 9th. No-shows are blacklisted from future competitions with no exceptions.
